Set in the heart of the Marshwood Vale, near the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, this spacious single-storey barn conversion is a warm and welcoming retreat for two. Detached and beautifully presented, it features a large enclosed garden with patio, outdoor furniture, and BBQ. Perfect for exploring West Dorset, the property sits in a glorious countryside setting on our working farm. The space This is an extremely spacious property. The kitchen, dining room, sitting room is all open plan. From the living room there are 2 sets of french windows which open out into a patio and large fenced private garden, over looking an orchard and wood. The large bathroom as a walk in shower, with towel rail. The bedroom has a double bed with two walk in wardrobes. The property has underfloor heating throughout as well as a wood burner. Sorry, but we do not allow pets. Guest access Guests have a fenced garden which is solely for their use. Other things to note The property is located on a working farm with livestock, which means that during the warmer summer months flies may enter the property. We are actively working to minimize this by installing screens on the doors, and we also provide fly spray and sticky papers for guest use. This sets expectations clearly while showing your effort to manage the issue. The property is in a rural location. there is no reliable public transport. Some of the lanes are single track but there are pass places.
