A secluded and quirky 2 bedroom cottage set in the grounds of a 19 acre country house estate which once served as the old billiard room for the Jacobean hall. A deer park with rivers wraps around the property and a 20 minute stroll brings you to the bustling cattle market town of Louth in the heart of the Lincolnshire Wolds. With its twice weekly market, artisan shops, quaint pubs and antiques it’s a real gem. The hall has a ghost, priest hole and secret passage. Tours can be arranged.
