The 406 Shop

One bedroom, queen size bed, air mattresses available, full bathroom with shower. Park in front of the shop. Kitchen: full size fridge, microwave, toaster & Keurig. Concrete floors throughout, pet friendly. Max 4 guests without approval. RV plug with pull through parking available. Any unregistered guests on property after 11 pm will be charged as an additional occupant. NO UNAUTHORIEZED PARTIES ALLOWED. You will be asked to vacate property and an event fee will be charged. The space The 406 is on the edge of town, two miles from downtown and 2.5 miles from the Pendleton Round Up grounds. Our property is 2.5 acres. We are situated about .25/mile from train tracks. One guest out of over 400 reviews commented they were unable to sleep from the train noise. If you require a silent sleep environment - this spot might not be for you. Guest access We provide one small portable fire pit to be used behind the shop. You are welcome to walk pets in the field. Be wary of goat heads/puncture vine in the summer/fall months. Please clean up after pets. Other things to note We have three cats on property. We have a large indoor crate and dog bed for your pets. They should not be left inside the shop alone unless they are crated. You will be charged for any damages caused by your pet(s).
