Oceanfront house full of light and views

Maritime cedar shake home directly on the Atlantic. 2 bright and simple bedrooms. Open living space with custom 10' dining table, central Rumford fireplace, and deep chairs/couch. North facing full wall of windows gives beautiful views of Rose Bay. The space Full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, older stove, and double sink. Two simple bedrooms, each with a shower and sink ensuite (no toilet in bedroom ensuites), vaulted ceilings, queen beds.. One main bathroom (powder room) with sink and toilet. Small laundry room with stacked washer/dryer and counter for folding. Central rumford fireplace with deep chairs and sofa surrounding, large screen TV. Long and narrow dining table and two small reading chairs look out over the ocean and complete the open concept space. This is our well loved and lived-in family beach house. There are scuff marks on the walls from our little children. You will likely find sand in the corners! Collections of seashells are in many nooks and crannies. Please treat our home wth love. Mudroom provides excellent mess space for gear after a day at the beach. Ladder to small "loft" is not to be used, and our third bedroom and small art studio will remain locked and inaccessible during your stay. Quiet location, with easy access to local beaches, and a 30 minute drive to Lunenburg. The cottage sits on Rose Bay, down a bumpy gravel road. The wifi out here on the ocean can be unpredictable. Guest access Whole house- completely private. This home is at the beginning of our family homestead; there is a guest house at the other end of the driveway that may be rented during your stay, and a family space/boathouse in the middle of the property.
