As long time airbnb'ers, we are truly sharing our space. <3 The space We are located in Sunnyside, an innercity community in Calgary, Alberta located on the north side of the Bow River immediately adjacent to Calgary's downtown. The community partners with the neighboring community of Hillhurst to form the popular area known as Kensington. Public transit (CTrain and Bus) are all 2 blocks away. Also within a few blocks, you will find: groceries, shopping, movies, bars, pubs, restaurants, banking, yoga, walking pathways, parks and COFFEE. The space available for rent includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, a home gym, living room and formal dining room. The amenities include WiFi, Streaming TV, a fully stocked professional kitchen and the comforts of home throughout. You will have access to the FABULOUS back patio which has an excellent BBQ, a cute seating area and is a gorgeous quiet retreat - a gem hidden in the city. Guest access Guess have access to the full property, with the exception of the garage and a locked utility closet. Other things to note Keeping in mind this is a house in the heart of the city, there are a few important details and regulations to be aware of. 1) The trash only gets picked up EVERY OTHER WEEK. It is a requirement of booking this space that you understand that you MUST put the Trash, Compost and Recycle bins out, according to their schedule. 2) In the winter months, Calgary bylaws dictate that snow must be shoveled from the walkway and from the sidewalk in front of the property. 3) Parking is only provided for TWO vehicles.
