Spacious four bedroom with an open floor plan allows for maximum use, without crowding. Sleeps 12, which includes two pullouts and a futon in living areas. Dinner table seats 10 (place settings provided). Spacious, open floor plan on the first floor provides ample space for up to 12 people, without feeling cramped. All rooms have window air conditioning. The grounds are flat and mostly lawn style. There's plenty of room to play for the little ones and entertaining for adults. Feel free to set up lawn games or a nice quiet picnic. Guest access Guests have full access to the house and 3/4 acre grounds. Be advised that the old garage in the back corner is off limits, as we continue to improve the structure for future use as an entertainment area. Stay tuned for updates on the progress. Other things to note For visusl reference when arriving, the house is located between the Equinunk General Store and Equinunk United Methodist Church. Turn into gravel driveway and park in the back. Enter through the back door. Key box is to right of door and code will be shared right before stay. We can meet you to assist with your arrival, if desired.
