The space Host is not liable for any incidents in regards to the house, pool, and /or property. NO MINOR without supervision can be in the backyard due to there being a pool with no child proof gate. We can not be held responsible minors. We have two cameras 1. Front door 2. Backyard Door The purpose of both is to protect the property and at no time violates the privacy of the guests.
