*Idyllic private room in a historic Villa w/ AC*

Private room is located in the second floor of historic Villa with private entrance, sunny porch, outdoor terrace and toilet. Villa Esplanad is over hundred years old and is located by the quiet prom in the heart of the City near restaurants, harbour, old town and Moominworld and Finnlines harbour. Accommodation includes free parking in the garage. Villa Esplanad offers modern ameneties such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi and Netflix. The space Private room, toilet and small cozy lobby are located in the second floor. Sunny porch and outdoor terrace are in the first floor. Bathroom and sauna are in shared use. Sauna is heated with wood and will be heated at your request by a small fee (10€). We would appreciate that shared spaces are used only between 6am to 10pm because we have small children. Guest access In your private use is the second floor private room, toilet and lobby and in the first floor porch and outdoor terrace. Shared spaces are bathroom and sauna. During your stay We are living in the house with our children and a friendly dog. Other things to note We are living in the house with our family that includes us parents Emma and Tomi, four children and corgi Rambo.
