A piece of New Brunswick Heritage! This century home is full of character. It began as a one room school house, a post office and finally was transformed into a family homestead in the 1950s. It has been renovated and is ready to share its charm Only 15 minutes from Fredericton. The property is directly in front of a private lake AND has access to the St. John River. Great for outdoor activities including: Hiking, fishing, snowshoeing & skating. The space This is a storey and half home. The bathroom and bedrooms are on the upper floor. All appliances are accessible. There is a natural spring on the property and a brook. Other things to note RVs and Trailers are NOT permitted on the property. If you wish to bring a trailer or RV it will be discussed prior to your stay and additional cost will be negotiated.
