Welcome to La Grange, a 4-star gîte located on a 10-hectare equestrian estate in Sallertaine, Vendée. Here, no one opposite, only the birdsong, the breeze in the trees... and a few horses who may come to greet you at the garden gate. The space 🏡 The house (135 m²) A carefully renovated former barn, La Grange can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. It offers: • A cozy living room with open-plan kitchen and wood-burning stove • A bright veranda for meals for up to 12 people • 4 bedrooms (including 2 attic rooms), 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets • An office area on the mezzanine, ideal for working remotely • A fenced garden with terrace and private pool heated from April to October and covered (7.5 m x 3.8 m) • 2 private parking spaces • Baby cot and high chair available 🌊 Ideal location • 15 minutes from the beaches of Saint-Jean-de-Monts and Notre-Dame-de-Monts • Close to Noirmoutier, Yeu, the markets of Challans and cycling routes 🐎 Unique experience on an equestrian estate Guests can stroll near the stables, watch the horses, or simply enjoy this peaceful atmosphere. Riders who own horses can come with their horse (accommodation upon request). 💆‍♀️ And in addition... • Outside the summer season: access possible to the wellness area (35°C heated hot tub + infrared sauna – by reservation, optional) • Direct access to bike paths from the estate ℹ️ A few items to note: 📌 The accommodation must be returned clean upon checkout: dishes cleaned and put away, beds made, refrigerator emptied and cleaned, bathroom, kitchen and floors cleaned, garbage pails emptied. A cleaning checklist is available on-site to guide you. If you prefer to make the most of your stay until the last moment, you can sign up for the end-of-stay cleaning option at a cost of €150. 📌 Linens are available on request (to be booked no later than 7 days before your arrival): Bed linen: €15/single bed – €30/double bed Bathroom towels: €10/person 📌 A deposit of €600 (not collected) is requested via Swikly before the keys are handed over. 📌 Pets: Your furry friends are welcome (2 maximum). A surcharge of €10/night per pet is applied. Guest access Horseback riding: Guests have access to the property's stables; out of curiosity or passion, everyone can enjoy the presence of horses at their leisure. Horse owners can come with their horse and enjoy the facilities. Relaxation area: Outside the summer season, a relaxation area equipped with a HOT TUB heated to 35°C and an infrared sauna is available for an extra charge and by reservation. Bike: Direct access to bike paths.
