Hey dear guests, warm welcome! The apartment is located in the Holzmarkt area and is centrally located on the edge of the old town. You can easily get to everything important in the immediate vicinity; the transport connections are excellent. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity (free after 6:00 p.m.; free at all times within about 300 meters). When bringing pets and regarding the visitor's tax, please observe our house rules. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you The space The apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom and offers a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator incl. freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, and the bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Guest access Upon entering the apartment, you walk into the living room / open-plan kitchen, from which you can access the like-new bathroom. The first door on the right (in the entrance area) leads to the first bedroom, which has two to three single beds. The second bedroom, with two to three single beds, is located by the side entrance (right next to the apartment’s front door). Other things to note The climate is pleasant inside the apartment, the property is well insulated, so air conditioning is usually not required. For longer stays, extra beds or other items can be placed.
