The modern, open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: oven with ceramic hob, refrigerator, Cremesso coffee machine, fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, kettle and washing machine are available. Towels, sheets and fully equipped drawers ensure a relaxing stay. Enjoy the balcony with cozy seating – the perfect place for a morning coffee or an evening in the open air. The apartment is a non-smoking area; smoking is allowed only on the balcony or in the courtyard. A fee of 200 euros will be charged for violating the smoking ban in the apartment. Guest access The whole apartment is yours alone. It is not permitted to invite strangers unannounced. Absolute privacy is guaranteed here. There is an apartment key and a courtyard gate key – please always lock.
