The house is air-conditioned, bright, spacious, easy to reach and equipped with comfort. There are 5 bedrooms, an open plan living, dining and kitchen, conservatory, terrace, cinema and a grand piano. The view reaches to the "Neckenmarkter Gebirge" and the property goes up to the tracks on which the Sonnenland Draisinen are on the road. On the terrace you can enjoy your life with a coffee creation, which you can get out of the coffee machine for free. What else could you ask for? The space The house consists of ground floor and the expanded living cellar, a large terrace and a garden with a fireplace. You have the whole house at your disposal, I won't bother you😄 Arrival You will receive the access code and an environmental and house guide in the days before. An electronic door lock is installed, so you can arrive at any time, as it suits you.. If necessary, there is also a key solution, so if there are actually problems with the lock, which so far only existed once and that was an error from me when saving the new code, the lock never did what it was supposed to do. So you don't have to worry! Rooms The rooms on the ground floor are friendly and bright with screens and electric shutters. The basement is equipped with windows that are at ground level and let in enough light. The rooms in the basement are also primarily intended as bedrooms and cinema and no living rooms in the sense. In the living room/fireplace room/kitchen, bedroom and guest room and in the basement in the large cinema room and in the bedroom with the water bed, each air conditioning is mounted, so you can heat and cool it, as necessary for the season. Since the cinema room is equipped with its own air conditioner, you can heat it regardless of the rest. In the bathroom downstairs, there is also an electric radiator, which also allows you to heat it independently. Except for the basement door, each window has screens, so no mosquito will rob you of sleep if you keep the screens and the basement door closed. Kitchen The kitchen probably fulfills almost all the wishes you can have. There is everything for a fondue, a teppanjaky, a raclette oven, an oven with steam cooking and microwave function, a fully integrated coffee machine that is usually always filled with coffee beans and which conjures up almost any coffee creation. There is plenty of crockery, even for larger groups. If you need something special, ask me, maybe I just forgot to mention it. Due to the open construction, it is a communicative center with a beautiful wide view over the terrace to the "Neckenmarkter Gebirge" through the panoramic window. Baths The bathrooms are spacious, upstairs with an open shower, a washer and dryer and downstairs with a large bathtub that is good for two people. There are tons of books, so you won't run out of the reading fabric for a long time, which you can read in front of the small fireplace or on the terrace or in spring and summer in the conservatory. Of course, you can also do this throughout the house, there are plenty of seating and lounging facilities for it. Cinema What is certainly also interesting is that is the cinema room in the basement, where you can enjoy a movie night with a projector and Dolby Surround at about 340 cm diagonal, so as long as the windows and doors are closed. Thanks to your own air conditioner, you only have to think about heating in a timely manner in winter, but that is no problem in my opinion. If you turn up the heating an hour before, it's nice and cozy. Guest access You have access to the entire house, except for a storage room and the attic. There is the main entrance in the back and it is closed with a Nuki lock. You will get a code from me for that. Other things to note Price change: Since Airbnb now collects the service fee directly from the host, I have slightly adjusted the prices. For you as a guest, the final price basically remains unchanged – only the distribution has changed. Careful handling: I kindly ask you to take care of things and not cause any inconvenience. We both certainly don't want stress! Kitchen countertop: The countertops in our kitchen are not designed for additional load. Please do not stand or sit on it to avoid damage! Order in the kitchen: Another important point for me is the order in the kitchen. It offers plenty of storage space and I understand that it can be difficult to overlook my ordering system right away. It takes a lot of discipline to put everything in its place, and I don't want to do that on vacation. However, re-sorting is very elaborate and costly, so sometimes there may be a small mess. So it may happen that large and small bowls, bowls and knives end up in different drawers. I hope you understand. For this, our kitchen is stocked with everything you might need – from a teppanyaki to a fondue set to the sous-vide stick and a powerful oven. All you need should be there.
