The house is air-conditioned, bright, spacious, easy to reach and equipped with comfort. There are 5 bedrooms, an open living, dining room and kitchen, conservatory, terrace, cinema and a grand piano. The view extends to the "Neckenmarkter Gebirge" and the property goes up to the tracks on which the Sonnenland draisines are traveling. On the terrace, you can enjoy life with a coffee creation that you can get for free from the coffee machine. What more could you ask for? The space The house consists of a ground floor and the converted living room, a large terrace and a garden with a fireplace. You have the whole house to yourself, I will not disturb you😄 Arrival You will receive the access code and an environment and house guide in the days before. An electronic door lock is installed, so you can arrive at any time, as it suits you. If necessary, there is also a key solution, so if there are actually problems with the lock, which has only happened once so far and that was a mistake on my part when saving the new code, the lock has never not done what it should do. So you don't have to worry! Room Rooms on the ground floor are friendly and bright with fly screens and electric shutters. The basement is equipped with windows that are at ground level and let in enough light. The rooms in the basement are primarily intended as bedrooms and a cinema and not living rooms in that sense. In the living room/fireplace room/kitchen, bedroom and guest room and in the basement in the large cinema room and in the bedroom with the waterbed, an air conditioner is installed, so you can heat and cool, as is necessary according to the season. Since the cinema room is equipped with its own air conditioner, you can heat it independently of the rest. In the bathroom downstairs there is also an electric radiator, which allows you to heat it completely independently. Except for the basement door, every window has fly screens, so no mosquito will rob you of sleep if you keep the fly screens and the basement door closed. Kitchen The kitchen probably fulfills almost all the wishes you can have. There is everything for a fondue, a teppanjaky, raclette oven, an oven with steam cooking and microwave function, a fully integrated coffee machine that is usually always filled with coffee beans and that conjures up almost any coffee creation. There is plenty of crockery, even for larger groups. If you need something special, ask me, maybe I just forgot to mention it. Due to the open design, it is a communicative center with a beautiful view over the terrace to the "Neckenmarkter Mountains" through the panoramic window. Bathrooms The bathrooms are spacious, upstairs with an open shower, a washing machine and dryer and downstairs with a large bathtub that is good for two people. There are tons of books, so you won't run out of reading material for a long time, which you can read in peace in front of the small fireplace or on the terrace or in the spring and summer also in the conservatory. Of course, you can also do this throughout the house, there are many seating and lounging opportunities for this. Cinema What is certainly also interesting is the cinema room in the basement, where you can enjoy a movie night with a projector and Dolby Surround on about 340 cm diagonal and also let it go off properly, provided the windows and doors are closed. With your own air conditioner, you only have to remember to heat up in time in winter, but that is no problem at all in my opinion. If you turn up the heating an hour before, then it is nice and cozy. Guest access You have access to the entire house except one storage room and the attic. There is the main entrance at the back and it is locked with a Nuki lock. I'll give you a code for that. Other things to note Price change: Since Airbnb now collects the service fee directly from the host, I have slightly adjusted the prices. For you as a guest, the final price remains basically unchanged – only the distribution has changed. Careful handling: I would like to kindly ask you to handle things carefully and not cause any inconvenience. We certainly don't want any stress! Kitchen counter: The countertops in our kitchen are not designed for additional loads. Please do not stand or sit on it to avoid damage! Order in the kitchen: Another important point for me is order in the kitchen. It offers a lot of storage space and I understand that it can be difficult to get an overview of my organization system immediately. It takes a lot of discipline to put everything back in its place, and I don't want to expect you to do that on vacation. However, re-sorting is very time-consuming and expensive, so sometimes it can lead to a little confusion. So it can happen that large and small bowls, dishes and knives end up in different drawers. I hope you can understand. Our kitchen is equipped with everything you could need – from a teppanyaki to a fondue set to a sous-vide rod and a powerful oven. Everything you need should be available.
