Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property. The space The construction trailer is "in the middle and yet in the countryside." Slow down in the cozy warm construction trailer: 2 beds (200 x 200 and 200 x 90 = 3 sleeping places), dining table with 3 chairs, fridge with freezer compartment. For cool/cold days: cozy warm Wamsler (kitchen stove, wood burning) or electric heater. In the adjacent wash house: private bathroom (new shower and toilet) with washing machine, private kitchen with ceramic hob. Pots, cutlery, glasses, dishes, etc. are available. In front of the construction trailer fireplace and barbecue area. Garden furniture / deck chair available. Guest access The car can be parked in front of the house. The construction trailer and the wash house stand alone and are only used by the guests. Other things to note 150 m to Lake Olching (swimming lake), pizzeria and kiosk by the lake. 1.5 km to the S-Bahn "Olching" (S3), 22 minutes to Munich Central Station 150 m to the "Olchinger See" bus stop (no. 831)
