Located 3 blocks from center of Alpine. 3 Private, lockable rooms available, each with shower, toilet, sink and amenities. Each room is separately listed. Common entrance room and small full kitchen area shared by guests. Kids welcome and pets with leashes or crates. Ample parking. Fire pit and patio available. Host and family live in building. The space This room has a smaller window than the other rooms and is located on the street side of the building. Guest access Guest share a common entrance room, kitchen. Laundry available free but arrange with host to provide. Guest access to patio with fire pit in back yard. Other things to note We know our guests will be cooperative and friendly with the guests staying in other rooms. Last one up turns off the lights in the common area.
