Includes parking! The space This is a garden-level (basement apartment) in a 1906 boutique old-French style charming property. Well-designed, comfortable and private: featuring a great location. The floor and bedroom have recently been updated and have been designed to be clean & simple to meet your needs. The bedroom has a really comfy queen bed, (everyone loves it!) with quality bedding, pillows, and freshly washed duvet. NEW--there is now a big HD TV with Netflix, Amazon prime on it! Great way to relax in the comfy bed. Important to note: the bathroom is a tight squeeze and the ceiling in the shower is only 6 feet tall. Watch your head! The kitchen has some basic things for you to make your stay pleasant. There is a two burner hot-plate and a few pans to cook a small meal, blender, tea kettle, dishes and utensils, fridge, and microwave. There's also a laundry room with a washer and dryer, detergent provided. There is also super great 1 Gbps high speed internet in the apartment. Guest access The entire basement apartment is yours, with a separate side entrance. Make yourself at home! We have a key-box, so late night check-ins are no problem at all. Other things to note Note that the ceilings are low, particularly in the bathroom, so tall people might feel extra tall when in the bathroom and taking a shower.
