The flat, measuring approximately 80 square meters, consists of a living area furnished with a sofa, a 40-inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime predisposition, a rectangular table and chairs, a small balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, gas hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine and Wi-Fi. The living area leads to the hallway leading to the sleeping area composed of a double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a second room with two single beds. The flat is completed by a bathroom equipped with sanitary ware, washbasin, cabinet and shower stall. Air conditioning only in bedrooms. Free parking is available in the surrounding streets with white lines. We would like to point out that you can purchase season tickets of various durations via the Easypark app, which is valid in all paid parking areas in the city.
