The main living room has 15ft vaulted ceilings with a floor to ceiling windows for ample natural light. The gorgeous sunroom also has windows galore overlooking the backyard. It is furnished with a comfortable sectional and comfy chairs, this will be the perfect place year round to read, play a board game, watch tv and relax! The whole group can eat together in the open kitchen and dining area. There is more than enough room at the large dining table, high top tables and beautiful kitchen peninsula! The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, all fully remodeled and upgraded for a luxury experience. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a comfy king bed and an attached full bath with large tiled walk-in shower and spacious closet. There are three other upper level bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with a full bed, and one with two twin beds. All having access to a full bath with a soaking tub shower right outside their door. There are also two sleeper sofas on the first level for additional sleeping arrangements. The adjacent area of the large lower level is a GAME ROOM! The game room has brand new Ping Pong table, Bar top seats, and tons of other board games. The half bath is located off the game room and kitchen with easy access for the downstairs guests. From the first level, head outside to enjoy the HOT TUB, pool, and fire pit area! The turf areas are perfect for outdoor games or morning yoga! You will quickly realize why this property is named the oasis after spending time in this backyard. Whether you are spending time inside or out, there is something for the whole group to enjoy! Guests have exclusive access to the entire house and property. There is a laundry room on the first level of the house with washer and dryer that guests have access to during their stay. In front of the house, there is a paved driveway and paved parking areas. There is also a 2 car garage that can be used upon request! The Attic access is locked off. Quaint Subdivision The house will be stocked with all the essentials like towels, basic toiletries, linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, etc. If you plan to swim and/or enjoy the hot tub various times, you may want to bring your own additional "beach" towels although we will provide them as well. We will have the house stocked with various board games, cards, and yard games for your entertainment. There are pool floats for your enjoyment and we will keep firewood stocked. We do have a kids bounce house that can be rented upon request.
