This beautiful spacious town house is a primary family residence and is just 600 metres to Quay street - into the heart of the city and 150 metres to the Westend. It is another ten minute walk to the sea. It’s central location is unique! The space The house is unique as it is so centrally located to town and sea. The property can accommodate up to 8 guests. It is a three story property with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area and office on the ground floor. There is also a WC on the ground floor with a utility and access to a secluded patio and garden. There are three bedrooms on the second floor with a spacious family bathroom. On the third floor there is a double bedroom with a separate bathroom. Bedroom one has a king size room. Bedroom two has a double bed. Bedroom three has two single beds and bedroom four has a double bed. There is a beautiful garden to front of house with off street private parking available at our business premises. There is also free parking along Father Griffin Place, which is adjacent to property. Guest access Our café is close by so we are on hand to help check in, connect you to wifi access and recommend tourist amenities etc. Our café is closed at weekends. Other things to note As this house has two staircases, I would not recommend it for the very young as we do not have stair gates.
