Private Pool - Walk to Beach - Pets Ok!

You’ll love this upscale beach retreat for its gorgeous decor, heated pool, outdoor shower, private backyard, and 800MB+ internet speeds! Inside you'll find a beautiful kitchen and sleeping arrangements for nine. We're a quick walk to the beach, and a 10 minute drive to 30A or to Pier Park! Pool heating is available for $40/day. Details below. Our 6 seat golf cart is available for rent for $125/day We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. The space This three bedroom home includes a primary bedroom with king bed and adjoining bath, a secondary bedroom with king bed and hall bath, and a third bedroom that includes a twin over double bunk bed. The living room sofa folds out to a memory foam queen mattress. Guest access Guests will have access to the full property. The backyard is fully fenced with a private pool. Other things to note Pool Heating: Seasonally, we offer pool heating to 82° for $40 per night of your stay. The pool does not reach spa temperatures. The heat pump can warm the pool to about a maximum of 20° above ambient temperatures, which means that we are only able to offer this add-on service when daytime temperatures are above 60 degrees. We are unable to offer pool heating for only a portion of your stay. You will need to decide whether you would like this extra service prior to your visit so that the heater has time to warm the pool. A few days before your arrival, we’ll send you a reminder so you can decide based on the latest forecast. We do not permit smoking indoors or outdoors on the property. Violators of this policy will be asked to leave the home immediately and will be liable for actual cleaning charges incurred. Please respect our home and wishes with regard to smoking! Cancellation Policy: Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy before booking. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. We are unable to provide refunds due to travel difficulties, inclement weather, illness, or family emergencies. Consider purchasing travel insurance when you book if you feel a last-minute cancellation would be a financial burden for you. Golf Cart: You can add-on rental of our golf cart for the duration of your stay for the price of $125 per full day of your reservation. Partial or daily rental of the golf cart is not available, you will need to opt-in to add the rental for your entire stay. The golf cart can be used on neighborhood streets to get to and from the beach. It is not permitted to drive on anything other than neighborhood streets. We handle the rental process through the app and DocuSign. It’s easy and takes about 10 minutes to complete. If you have any questions, please message me for more information! Pets: We charge a flat $170 pet fee per stay for guests bringing dogs. This fee covers up to three dogs, which is the maximum allowed. Please include your dogs in your booking so the fee is added automatically. We do ask that you’re mindful of muddy paws, respectful of our furniture and linens, and pick-up after your pet in the backyard. Pets are not allowed in the pool. VRC #: 42105
