Family-friendly Bungalow in High Point Terrace

Enjoy our family friendly, MEMPHIS THEMED Bungalow in the sought-after, quiet High Point Terrace neighborhood. Only 1 block from a 10-mile Greenline where you can walk/run. We are centrally located: 15 minutes from Graceland, 10 minutes from Downtown (Beale Street & FedEx Forum) and a few minutes from the UofM, Memphis Zoo, IMAX movies, Shelby Farms park, upscale shopping and great local dining! We have everything you need for a comfortable, fun stay from a fully stocked kitchen to family games. The space LIVING ROOM: Comfortable sectional sofa and two chairs provide ample seating for watching TV. Roku provided as well as some fun games. Large windows let in great light. DINING ROOM: Table can seat 6 comfortably. KITCHEN: We have all of the basic cookware, plates and utensils as well as salt, pepper and olive oil. The large farm sink is big enough to bathe a small child. Microwave, blender, toaster, drip coffee pot and french press provided. There is also a washer/dryer combo and dish washer with detergent. If you arrive late and can't make it by the grocery, we have coffee and tea provided for your first morning along with creamer and sugar. BATHROOM: A great rain shower in a glass enclosed shower. Body soap/shampoo, towels, wash cloths and blow dryer are provided with plenty of drawers to store your personal items. BEDROOMS: All bedrooms have comfortable beds with 100% cotton bedding, blinds, curtains and ceiling fans. BEDROOM 1: King bed, side table, full-length mirror, TV, dresser, closet with blow up twin mattress and Pak-N-Play. BEDROOM 2: Queen bed, side table, dresser, TV and closet with iron, ironing board and steamer. BEDROOM 3: Two twin beds and side storage chest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Parking on the street is provided in front of the home or on the side street. Other things to note We strive to give you a 5-star, comfortable stay with all of the information you need about the area to have a great experience in Memphis. If you need anything before, during or after your stay, don't hesitate to shoot us a text. In case you get in late, we have coffee, creamer and sweeteners for you as well until you can get to the grocery and stock up. Our house sleeps 6 comfortably. Please note that we have a detached studio and carport in the back of the home that is also rented. The driveway and carport are for the studio rental.
