Cozy Loft For Relaxing Getaway or Work stay

The home has space to sleep 6 guests. The cozy chic loft space w 3 queen beds, living room w 70” TV, bath w shower, kitchenette, dining area. Treadmill, free weights, bands, workout balls, ropes, slam balls, mats. OH River for kayaking, boating, fishing, site seeing. Raccoon State Park: hiking, Frederick falls is so cool, MTR casino, Pittsburgh, Ohio visits. Worlds largest teapot! Kids have the yard to play in safe environment. Please read listing in its entirety. I live in the home as well. The space This space is serene and quiet yet located near all the activities in the area. Bring air mattress if you wish. One queen bed, 3 queen air mattress, and two couches are already here. So there is PLENTY space for your group to lounge in the loft! I have plenty of clean blankets, pillows, and towels but bring your own if it makes you feel comfy. I will do anything to accommodate your stay and keep you happy and make you feel at home. Bottled water and basic snacks and chocolates for guests. No major food, but granola bars, breakfast bars, quick grabs... My son and I live here too but we are on the go a lot so you’d most likely not see us. Key Bank pavilion, Boating, the Ohio River, Homer Laughlin China Co, Mountaineer Race Track and Casino, Tomlinson Run State Park, Raccoon State Park, Frankfort Mineral Springs, Pittsburgh airport, Boardman, Ohio, fishing, worlds largest teapot, and many other attractions here to check out. Guest access You will have access to the private loft with 3 queen beds and large living area with a huge comfy sectional couch, 70” TV, cozy kitchenette w fridge, coffee, microwave. No swimming. No garage use or access. During your stay I may be available in person, but am not always present. Will be available for communication at all times and can be there if there is an emergency no matter what time of day. I want everyone to be comfortable and safe and enjoy their stay. thank you.
