Quiet independent room Old Lille

Old Lille, especially around the Cathedral, is very beautiful and touristy. There are all the necessary local shops: bakeries, Carrefour city, pedestrian drive, doctors, pharmacies... The space It is a separate room with a private mini kitchenette, toilet with sink, and wifi. The toilet and shower on the same floor are shared with 4 other people, most often students. There is no washing machine but 2 laundromats in the area. Guest access Ideally located, the building is a 10-minute walk from Lille Flandres train station and Rihour metro station. 20 meters away there is a V'Lille station and a car sharing station. Many buses also 5 minutes away that allow access to the station (see Ilevia) Other things to note I don't live there, but I'm available and responsive. I want a quiet person so as not to disturb the other tenants of the building, sometimes in class or even remote exams, and exclusively non-smoking. Thank you! :-)
