Family house & green oasis near lake & Amsterdam

Charming house (1910) with a porch, a wood stove/little pizza oven and hammock. The house has a big cosy kitchen and the backyard is 40 m deep, with many trees and roses and a small pond. There is a large lake (IJmeer) at 2 min distance, where sailingboats and windsurfboards can be rented. The bay also has a kitesurfspot and a nice restaurant with a terrace. The house has three bedrooms: 2 double beds, 1 single. Amsterdam centre is at a 20 min drive. Two sweet cats are sharing the house.s of ai The space It's a charming cosy old house in the centre of this green village, close to a supermarket, greengrocer's shop, a butchery and restaurant. The living room (with fireplace), kitchen (with kitchen island, oven and table for 10 people) and garden are large. The bedrooms are small but charming. Two have nice views of the garden and one has a lovely balcony. The bathroom has been renovated. There are two toilets. The garden is an explosion of trees and bushes. There are 3 nice places in the garden to sit and relax. There is a fire wood stove on the porch with a small pizza oven and a gas bbq. The garden consists of two parts: one has been well-kept and has a nice lounge place and table, one is a bit more nature with a high tree and more shadow and another hammock, perfect for summer. It's a great surprise when you walk into the garden and see there is a second hidden ‘secret’ garden in the back. There are a couple of bicycles that can be used. The lake is two streets away and this is the best place for a holiday: windsurfing, sailing, kitesurfing, a lively terrace and a jungle gym for the kids. The water of the lake is shallow for about 150 meters into the lake so it is the best place to learn watersports. Guest access The whole house and garden is available for the guests. There is a small house in the garden that will not be accessible for guests where we will keep our belongings. There will not be any other guests during your stay. Other things to note There are 3 bedrooms: two double beds and one single bed. So there is space for 5 people in total. It would also be possible to add a small (kids) single bed in one of the bedrooms.
