Fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast bar or dining table. Start your morning on the deck with coffee listening to the waves, or wind down in the evening with your favorite wine as the sun sets. This condo offers a separate den from the living room. The space -48 Hour Notice Required- -Check-in time is 3-5 pm on your arrival date. Late or holiday check-in is an additional $50. Is there parking in the complex? A. Most units have 1 assigned parking space. Day guests can park in the pay lot beside complex. Overnight guests will need to park in the 72-hour free lot 1 on the east side of the harbor. This is on a first come, first served basis. Q. What if I have an oversized vehicle? A. No vehicles over 16ft allowed on the property. Oversized vehicles need to pay for overnight parking in the camping area or in the Free Parking by the Crab Shack if available. 72 hours max. Q. What beach equipment do we need to bring? A. We suggest you bring your own beach chair, boogie boards and umbrellas. Some of the units may have these items, but we cannot guarantee they will be available on your arrival. Q. Are pets allowed? A. We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in the rental units. Q. Is smoking allowed? A. All our units are non-smoking, including the balcony and anywhere in the complex. Q. Is there air conditioning? A. Each unit is equipped with either ceiling fans or portable fans to keep the air moving. There is no central or portable air conditioning. Guest access We meet between 3-5 on your arrival day at the entrance to the complex. This is at the north end across the street from the beach.
