Quiet location yet close to major attractions and Bradley airport. We have 8 resident well behaved dogs THAT RUN FREE on the property - The space This is a quiet rural farm on 20 acres. We raise sheep and have chickens, ducks, geese, goats and two vocal donkeys. We also have 8 dogs which live in the main house that are all very friendly. We prefer quiet guests who can enjoy the tranquility of our beautiful space. There is a one acre pond with pond house and fire pit as well. Hot tub and outdoor shower available as well Guest access The apartment is attached to the house but a completely separate space with separate entrance. It is large, 1200 sq ft. Handicap accessible. There is a pond to swim in or ice skate on as well. Hot tub available and outdoor shower. Other things to note Socialized dogs are welcome with advanced notice - we ask that you provide proof of rabies and distemper - there is a $75 fee per dog. Cats, or other pets are not allowed. Crib in 2nd floor bedroom as well. Guests are allowed a MAXIMUM OF FOUR visiting day Guests on the property at one time!!
