Payette River Cottage - On River/Awesome Views!

Recently built, 2 bed/1 bath house. Sleeps 6. Very close to river, awesome views and quiet. Lots of wildlife. Back patio with propane BBQ and gas firepit. Kitchen well stocked. Shared river access with owners, great for swimming and private rafters/kayakers. Owners are close by for any concerns. Nearby activities: White water rafting/kayaking, zipline, hiking, fishing, off road trails for ATV/UTV close by, etc. Horseshoe Bend has restaurants, small grocery stores, farm stand and shopping. The space Master bedroom with queen bed, 2nd bedroom with two full beds. Sofa in living room pulls out to create full size bed. Full bathroom with shower. Back patio with ample seating and amazing views. Guest access Entire home is for guests. River access with privacy respected! Plenty of parking for ATVs/trailers. Other things to note Fresh interior paint job. We live on the property and are happy to share our wonderful location with you. However, no large groups/parties are allowed.
