The space This large 1 bed/1 bath apartment has a complete kitchen featuring a gas stove and all new kitchen essentials. There is a small snack basket with complimentary grab & go items as well as bottled water for you to enjoy during your stay. There is a sofa that makes into a bed in one of the sitting areas for additional guests, as well as a washer & dryer available for guest use. Guest access This 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath unit is on the 2nd floor with only stair-access. While there is private covered parking at the rear of the building, the unit must be accessed through the front door. There is a private walkway around the building should you choose to park there. There is free on-street parking as well. For entry into the building as well as the unit, there is a small lockbox. The individual apartment has a keyless pad. Instructions for entry will be provided prior to check-in.
