Energy Consumption Guests pay only for the energy consumption used during the stay. At check-in and check-out, a photo of the meter will be recorded. After subtracting the amounts, we calculate the total consumed. Rate: R$1.20 per kWh. 2. Number of Guests It is essential to inform the exact number of people who will be staying in the app. The absence of this information may lead to setbacks at the time of check-in. 3. Damages and Losses Any damage or loss of keys, bed or bath linens, kitchen utensils, appliances or electronics will be charged. Damage caused by hair dye stains, makeup that we cannot remove, or burns (iron or cigarette) will also be charged. 4. Pets. Pets are welcome, as long as they do not cause damage to the property. It is the responsibility of the owners to avoid gnawing on furniture, excess hair, and any dirt inside the apartment. If there is pee, poop or damage to the sofa, bed or mattress, the necessary cleaning or repair will be charged. 5. Cleaning and Trash Do not accumulate garbage inside the property to avoid cockroaches, ants and other insects. 6. Schedules. Be aware of and respect the check-out time. Other guests may be scheduled to check in shortly thereafter. If the check-out time is not respected, an additional charge will be applied.
