The space This is a new space in the second floor of a carriage house. There is a separate secure entrance and off street parking. The space has a fully applianced kitchen (complete with all the necessities) , a comfortable bedroom, 3/4 bath and an open bright living area. Very spacious for 2 adults. Guest access The listing includes the Carriage house apartment only and not the first floor of the barn or the Blake House which is attached. There is plenty of parking and shared use of the yard. Other things to note This is a second floor apartment accessible by stairs only. This is not a safe space for small children as the windows are close to the floor.
