Two Houses on the Siuslaw River
Two Houses on the Siuslaw River
Description
Two houses overlooking the Siuslaw river. A wonderful gathering place for family or a group of friends. A third house next door is also available, but must be rented separately. Both houses have their own bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms and kitchens. Together, the houses can accommodate up to 10 people total. Whether you're in the area to fish, float the river, ride the dunes or explore the surrounding national forest, it's where you go to disconnect and make great memories. The space Both houses sit on the Siuslaw River, in the heart of the coast range, but only 15 miles to Florence - river, mountains and beach, all close by. This is both rural and situated in somewhat of a neighborhood. we have a long 1.25 acres, but all three houses are up by the river, in a triangle formation. Neighbors are situated similarly. These two houses sit on one property and share a small lawn between them. We also own the house next door. The outside space is shared, but each house is free-standing and independent from one another. There is no cell service at the house, but we have Starlink wifi and a landline phone in each house. Guest access Guests will have access to the full property and both houses while they are there. We also own the little gray/blue house next door, so the large front yard is accessible to all guests. There is no cell service at the house, but we have Starlink Wifi (100+ mbps) and a landline phone. Since this listing is for both houses, your group has access to the entire property. Other things to note We do not provide life jackets, so if you're traveling with kids, you may want to bring your own. The houses are on a well and septic system. The water may smell like sulfur sometimes. Although the water is perfectly fine to drink, we keep bottled drinking water on hand. We limit the number of people in the houses because each house only has one bathroom, and too many people could overwhelm the septic system.
