Welcome to this comfortable, spacious, private basement apartment in prestigious Brampton West. 1 hr to FIFA. 2 Bedrooms 1 Bathroom. Apartment offers private kitchen, Smart Tv & Wifi. Parking for 1 car is included. Only Laundry is shared another tenant. Quiet family neighbourhood, grocery and essentials nearby. Perfect accommodation for FIFA, Business travellers, relocating/new immigrants & vacationers. We prefer families to stay with us. We live in the home upstairs with our kids. The space The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you'll need for cooking and preparing meals during your stay. Connected to our kitchen is a large space which includes a dining table and a super cozy living space. We have filtered water flowing throughout the house. It’s softened with commercial grade treatment equipment. Great for your skin, hair and kids! The apartment also has 2 bedrooms and 1 full washroom. Primary bedroom: Queen sized bed and large closet Second bedroom: Queen sized bed and small closet The basement of our home is set up with a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer. We provide guests access to our high speed internet and offer free parking for 1 vehicle in our driveway. Here's to hoping your stay in the Brampton, Ontario is a memorable one! Guest access Guests access the unit from a side entrance and a flight of stairs down to a common landing area. As soon as you go down the stairs, the unit entrance is the second door to your right, marked with “2”. First door on the right is laundry (shared with other guests from the other unit). The next door is some storage that we use. Other things to note We live upstairs so please don't hesitate to contact us if you need anything! For the fastest response time, the best form of communication is through the Airbnb chat platform as we have multiple eyes on it. We can also be reached by call or text for any emergencies. TV: SmartTV included. It is connected to WiFi already. Feel free to log in with your Netflix/Prime/Youtube etc. account for use. Once you switch the TV ON, just press the desired app you’d like to watch, it will open that application for you. Laundry: 1. Schedule - Tuesday (after 7pm only) and Saturday. 2. Dryer - Please empty the lint filter before and after every run. Dryer needs to be manually shut off, please set a timer to remind yourself to shut it off. 3. Laundry bag is in your unit. It is a large black bag. Personal supplies: We do provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner. However, we understand that guests may have specific requirements for hair and skincare. There is a Walmart 2-3 minute drive from our home, or a 10-15 minute walk where you can purchase required items. Bedding: Extra bedding (pillows, sheets) are in the Primary bedroom closet and a set in the sofa bed. You can lift the long part of the bed to access storage. Do let us know if you need more. Garbage bags: Schedule- City picks up garbage every Thursday. There are specific requirements for the city to sort garbage into Organic, Recycling and Garbage categories. Green bag: Food waste, organic, fruit peels etc. White Bag: general garbage that is non-recyclable Blue bin: Recyclable plastics, containers, paper, styrofoam etc. We do provide replenishment for these. If you are unfamiliar with these, let us know. Paper towel and Toilet Paper/BathTissue: We initially provide a roll of paper towel for cleaning and other purposes and a few rolls of bath tissue. However, it is the guests responsibility to replenish these as per their requirements and needs. Cleaning Supplies: There is a set of cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink and another set under the bathroom sink. These include gloves, paper towel, all-purpose cleaner, sponges and garbage bags. Please feel free to buy any other cleaning equipment you need. Enjoy your stay at apartment in Brampton, Ontario!
