Grateful getaway near/with bay view. Gated yard.

This is a 30 day or longer* place to stay. Should your needs be different, feel free to reach out with a message. King and queen beds. Comfy couch. Extra couch. Quaint. Quiet at night. People seem to enjoy it. I rent aside from airbnb, and am open to ideas about this. Save us both. Bring your pets. Enjoy the area. Dog lives here. Is learning. Slowly. One bathroom with loud fan, very hot water, and clean surfaces. When here relax, cook, do laundry. Whatever. Pet sitting options. The space This bungalow is cared for and clean. Even loved. Used by me since the 80’s. Maybe into my 80’s. Each bedroom has two windows, so you’ve got that going for you. Which is nice. Kitchen has stainless cookware and a gas stove. Usually have eggs and more in the fridge. Even beer. (Shall be made dry if mentioned, quite easily.) Pets can run out the back door and have ample space to be on grass or up the hill in the woods. Gated fenced area. Nice linens, towels, fixtures. A comfy place. You’re unlikely to see or to be seen by the kindly neighbors. If there’s a chance you’re interested but the price is a concern, reach out to me. I’m open minded and appreciation can be contagious. Often times the price reflects my desire not to be inundated. Depending on the situation, availability and other limits can be altered. And so I can have access for updates. Guest access The entire place is open to use. Comfy enough that my guests have often been content with the audio selection even for work, sleep. Can be quite quiet also. I get one bedroom. You have the other. You may be left alone, and trusted. Your stuff is safe here. Mine always has been, and I’m relaxed with security. The big dog and common presence, alert neighbors help. During your stay Doggo and I live here presently.
