Coral Cabana PCB! Close to the beach!

Welcome to the Coral Cabana PCB! This home is located in Palm Cove which is a quiet, gated neighborhood with two neighborhood pools (open seasonally, typically March 1st- October 31st) and is located a block from the beach, about .84 miles. If you feel like driving, the closest beach entrance has plenty of free parking and Shipwreck water park is just right around the corner. Pier Park is just over 4 miles away! Fishing poles, beach chairs, beach cart, boogie boards and bikes all included! The space We provide: ** Fully stocked kitchen ** Free WiFI ** Smart TV's so that you can log into your own hulu/netflix/amazon etc. accounts ** We provide a starter pack of amenities to kick off your stay: Roll of paper towels, Roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, small starter packs of shampoo conditioner and soaps, 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwashing soap pods. ** King Bed, queen bed, twin over twin and twin over full bunk beds ** Bikes, fishing poles, beach cart and sand toys/boogie boards for guest use. ** A gas grill ***Kitchen pantry is locked and is not available for guest use. Garage is also not available for guest car parking, no exceptions. Motorcycles may be parked in the garage with pre-approval.*** Guest access Whole home. Other things to note Pool wristbands are required to access the pools (not required 8 and under) Please return pool wristbands, failure to return will result in a $20 replacement fee. No third party bookings. The booking person must be in attendance and must be 25+, no exceptions. We check and require ID. There is a king bed, queen bed, and two bunk beds which are twin over twin and twin over full. The bunks beds have a 250lb weight limit restriction per bed. We do not provide extra/additional blankets/bedding. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway, no street parking (per the HOA) and not a lot of extra parking in the neighborhood. You will be towed at your own expense for parking on the street. Walk to Another Broken Egg or Bella Roma, which are both located right outside of the neighborhood! The pool is approximately 200 yards away or a 3 minute walk. Guests are able to access at their leisure. The pools are community amenities and may close at any time without notice. No refund will be given in the event of a closure.
