Spacious and quiet room, separate bathroom + toilet

You will appreciate the calm of the neighborhood and the bed 160 of extreme comfort, in a huge room of 22m2 with views of the Vercors. Complimentary tea and coffee. Bathroom reserved for guests. On request, I can allow access to my microwave and fridge. The house is on the Grenoble-Sisteron axis, in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Closed parking, access to the terrace and the garden. Vercors and its hikes are a 40-minute drive away. Lake Monteynard (swimming, sailing, kitesurfing, etc.) only 25 minutes away. The space Bedroom is upstairs. The bathroom and toilet are reserved for guests (and can therefore be shared between them if my 2 rooms are rented at the same time). Wi-Fi / fiber throughout the house. I expect my guests to follow the house rules: discretion, politeness, friendliness. The neighborhood is residential and very peaceful. The house is large (175 m2) and equipped with a large garage if you need to store things (I'm thinking of motorcyclists!). The house is close to the center (5-minute walk). 93rd Alpine Hunters Regiment: 5 min by car, Grenoble center: 15 min by car. Highway: 4'. Guest access If I'm not there, you can check yourself in. During your stay I like to interact with my guests if they want to, but I remain discreet. I am reachable by phone, email, or text and am very responsive. Other things to note Possibility to arrive until 10 p.m. Nespresso coffee machine with 1 pod per person provided. Kettle available with tea bags and coffee. Cat in the house.
