Family House in Laguna Zapallar

Our house is very comfortable and cozy. It has a lot of light and different views of a beautiful garden. It is a house that invites you to stay and feel quickly in a quiet place, the beach is 6 blocks away on foot, the shopping premises are very close, it is a very quiet area. We have large native trees that give a rich shade. Children and adults enjoy this house. They don't want to go out. The space Our house is located in what were two grounds, so we are lucky enough to have one of the most beautiful gardens in Laguna, these grounds were of two sisters, one built his house and the other planted native trees so now it is a lush shade land and a very cozy house, you sit in an oasis and there is no rush to leave the house. Guest access Inside the house our idea is for guests to sit in their house and take care of it and want how we do, they have access to everything, we have beautiful books to look at, many arctic and cookbooks as we are fond of this one. Outside there is a large patio with a rich terrace with furniture where the morning sun perfectly arrives. We have a large marble table that has a grill inside. In front of this we have a wooden table where we can fit many. We have a brazier to be out at night without cold. Near the house they sell bags of firewood, so we ask that guests replenish the firewood to use. The garden has watering scheduled so no watering is required. Other things to note We are very close to the center of this village so they will never need a car to get around, during the summer there are carts every 10 minutes that in the case you can walk 6 blocks, the cart takes them to the beach. We are steps from the fishmonger, greengrocers, coffee shops, pharmacies, supermarkets. So they won't need to take the car out. We are close to the restaurant la Choca, famous in the area, house lagoons where they do the best massages, café la raiz where everything they have is amazing. Belgian bakery, magical bread workshop, where they have sourdough bread. We are close to the beach, it is really relaxing to be in our house and that the kids can leave alone without risk.
