Our house is very comfortable and cozy, has lots of light and different views of a beautiful garden. It's a house that invites you to stay and quickly feel in a quiet place, the beach is 6 blocks away walking, the shops are very close, it's a very quiet area. We have large native trees that provide a rich shade. Children and adults enjoy this house, you don't want to leave. The space Our house is located on what were two plots of land, so we are lucky to have one of the most beautiful gardens in Laguna. These plots of land belonged to two sisters, one built her house and the other planted native trees, so now it is a plot of land with lush shade and a very cozy house. You feel like you are in an oasis and there is no rush to leave the house. Guest access Inside the house, our idea is that guests feel at home and take care of it and love it as we do. They have access to everything. We have beautiful books to look at, many articles and cookbooks since we are fond of cooking. Outside there is a large patio with a nice terrace with furniture where the morning sun comes in perfectly. We have a large marble table that has a grill inside. In front of this we have a wooden table where many of us can fit. We have a brazier to be outside at night without getting cold. They sell sacks of firewood near the house, so we ask guests to replace the firewood they use. The garden has scheduled irrigation so there is no need to water. Other things to note We are very close to the center of this town so you will never need a car to get around. During the summer, some carts pass every 10 minutes, and in case you don't want to walk 6 blocks, the cart takes you to the beach. We are steps from the fishmonger, greengrocers, cafes, pharmacy, supermarkets. So you won't need to take the car out. We are close to the restaurant La Choca, famous in the area, Casa Lagunitas where they do the best massages, Café La Raíz where everything they have is incredible. Belgian Bakery, magical bread workshop, where they have sourdough bread. We are close to the beach, it is really relaxing to be in our house and that the children can go out alone without risks.
