Home Truths - There is no blackout blind in the living room - You need to climb 12 steps of stairs in order to reach the flat - Flat is located on an uphill - Garden patio is private for your use only - Luggage keeping service is not provided - No water tank or generator; temporary impact possible during outages - The sofa cannot be converted into a bed Penalties for Violations - Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD - Lost keys incur a surcharge of 40USD - Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD - A surcharge of $40 USD will apply for locksmith services if keys are lost or forgotten in the unit or behind the lock Optional Offerings - A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD - A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD - Airport transfers are available at an additional cost PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations. In order to host guests at our homes we ask ALL GUESTS to provide valid Passport ID's in order to be authorized and reported by Turkish legislation 1774 dated 26/06/73. By accepting our reservation you agree to provide the necessary information for ALL GUESTS before check in.
