Welcome to a bright, stylish apartment with a wonderful south-facing porch. Enjoy the area's shared pool with its sun deck. If you prefer to swim in the sea, the beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. Here, you live in a rich environment in a quiet & peaceful area. The house, a former boarding house from 1930, is located in Smågårde, just before Gnisvärd's historic fishing village. Former tenants describe the accommodation as well-equipped, cozy, clean and homey. ”It's great for a small family" The space Newly renovated spacious apartment of 42 sqm with a veranda of an additional 25 sqm. The large veranda has a comfortable corner sofa with cooling shade for relaxing and socializing. There is also a gas grill ready for both lunch and good dinners, which can be enjoyed in the sun at the dining table. At the front entrance, there is outdoor furniture where the last rays of the sun warm you in the evening. Large bedroom with double bed that can be furnished as two single beds, there is also a dresser, crib, desk and TV. The apartment has an open floor plan between the entryway, kitchen and sofa corner. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dishwasher. Large bathroom with washing machine. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 adults on their own or with up to two children aged 0-12 years. The bunk bed that can be folded out of the sofa is only suitable for children 12 years or younger. Cleaning is done by the guest. There are clear cleaning instructions and I also provide you with tools and cleaning items. You need to bring your own sheets and towels. The accommodation is adjacent to forests and nature reserves with beautiful paths that lead down to the vast Tofta beach. Gnisvärd has one of Sweden's best spots for kite and wingfoil surfing. If you want to learn to surf, there are several surf schools in Gnisvärd. Only booked tenants may use the pool, no guests/friends may be invited to swim. The pool and garden are shared with 9 other apartments. Next to and above the apartment's porch are patios belonging to two other apartments. No more guests than agreed. Other things to note Below is information to avoid ambiguity and for you to decide when to decide if the accommodation is suitable for you. I ask you to show respect and consideration for other residents in the area. No parties or loud events are allowed. It is a non-smoking accommodation. If you smoke cigarettes or e-cigarettes, you cannot book with me. As a guest, you are responsible for cleaning before moving out, tools and cleaning products I provide you with. A checklist of what to do is available in the house manual. You need to bring your own sheets & towels. Want to avoid cleaning? Do you want to rent sheets? I welcome your four-legged friend, but with reservations for small dogs. They should be kept on a leash outdoors, even on the veranda. They can't be brought to the pool.
