The Old Garage has been newly converted into 3 beautiful, modern holiday homes. We are situated in Holme Hale, a small, quiet village in Norfolk and have the stunning countryside right on our doorstep! Boasting a spacious open plan living/kitchen/dining area which has every comfort you’ll need whilst enjoying your holiday. We have 2 bedrooms that sleep a total of 5, plus a travel cot if required. The space Our brand new conversion of Lodge one has a beautiful exterior of cedar cladding. There are a few steps up from the parking area and up into the property, once inside everything is ground floor level. You enter into a large open plan living/kitchen and dining area. The living area is very spacious and flooded with light thanks to the vaulted ceilings and roof windows. Immediately as you walk in we have a utility/boot room with a washing machine for you to use during your stay. The living area has 2 comfortable sofas and a Samsung 40inch smart tv. We have a small collection of board games and activities for children. The new, extremely modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need! There is a Fridge/freezer and electric oven and hob alongside a kettle, toaster, microwave and even a dishwasher to save you having to do any washing up during your stay! The dining area has a table, chairs and a bench, seating a total of 5 people. A high chair is also available. The bathroom is extremely stylish and has a bath and separate shower. Towels will be provided for your stay. The bedrooms are at the rear of the property. The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a single sofa bed that can be made up upon request (this is smaller than a standard single and is only suitable for children). Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space in the wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. All of our beds are made up with beautiful fresh white linen and have luxurious feather duvets. The 2 bedrooms have an adjoining fire exit door. We have a travel cot available to use. No bed linen is provided so please remember to pack your little ones linen from home. Outside, there is a large fenced off garden with some seating which is solely for your use. There is also a large communal grassed area for all guests to enjoy. Other things to note We only have ONE car parking space per lodge. Please contact us before sending a booking request if you intend on bringing more than one car. We will try our best to accommodate on site, but this may not always be possible. THERE IS NO ROADSIDE PARKING. WiFi is provided for use during your stay, whilst every effort is made to ensure a good service, due to our location, we do have low speeds. Therefore we cannot guarantee any speeds or be held responsible for any speed/ connectivity issues. The sofa bed is smaller than a standard single and is only suitable for a child We may allow one small dog at our property providing the following rules below are adhered to. Please contact us before booking to discuss your requirements. -They are not allowed on any furniture or in the bedrooms -Under no circumstances are they allowed to be left alone in the lodge. - All mess must be cleaned up from the garden. - The dog must sleep in the utility room overnight
