Front courtyard has outdoor fireplace, seating area, and over head shade structure. The moment you walk through the tall double door entry, the sparkling infinity pool appears to flow right into beautiful Lake La Quinta through the home’s waterfront walls of glass. The space The expansive outdoor space has one of the best lakefront and mountain views in the entire development. The patio has a covered shade seating area with an overhead fan and misting system. The second covered area has a dining table & chairs and is great for outdoor cooking and dining as it also includes a patio kitchen, barbecue, and Traeger smoker grill. The saltwater infinity pool has two huge cantilever umbrellas for additional shade when desired. There is a separate fire pit and seating area, as well as our privately owned Duffy party boat and dock. The court yard and lakeside patio areas are completely fenced for pets and privacy. Guest access Guests have access to the Home Owner’s resort amenities such as tennis & pickle ball court, resort pool and barbecue, picnic area, bocce ball, guest boat docks, etc. The entire private home and property, pool, hot tub, and boat are all available for guests use with the exception of two locked owner’s space and some storage areas in garage. Guests have room to park two cars in the garage. Other things to note We have very friendly, sociable neighbors who can be counted on for helpful info, restaurant & entertainment recommendations, a cup of sugar, etc.
