Quiet home and neighborhood. Bedroom community close to Little Rock. Numerous walking paths that go throughout the city and connect to two small local lakes. Close to library, community center and two golf courses (one public, one private). Easy access to Interstates. 20 minutes to downtown Little Rock. 25 minutes from Clinton National airport and Conway. Easy access to Industrial Park for visiting consultants. Bathroom is 95% private. It is occasionally used by piano students or guests. The space We have an additional room upstairs that is slightly larger with a nice sitting area. It has a private bathroom. In the kitchen we have a Keurig coffee maker, Ninja Professional Mixer and other kitchen gadgets. Guest access You can use all kitchen facilities, laundry facilities and living room area and TV. Guests are free to come and go as they please. They may also enjoy porch swing and watch many types of birds at the feeder. Door access is by key code. During your stay We will socialize as much or as little as you want. While we don't eat at regular times, if we are eating, you are welcome to join us.
