Apartment with 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, living room with a sofa bed. Great for couples or families with children. There is the possibility of having an additional studio with capacity for 2 more people (not included in the price and that can be booked separately). Private pool. The area is residential, central and quiet, a 5-minute walk to the center, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. A 10-minute walk to the main beaches and coves. The space Apartment access: We access from the street through a sliding door that gives direct access to the garden, on the left we find a small door that overlooks the private courtyard through which we access the apartment. There are two safety gates to prevent children from climbing stairs. Listing description Bedroom 1: With a double bed (150cm), ceiling fan, plenty of storage space, and a small terrace with outdoor furniture ideal for breakfast, with views and direct access to the private garden and pool. The terrace has a small door as a safety and precaution so that the little ones do not go down alone in the garden. Bedroom 2: By default, it is presented with 2 single beds, however one of the single beds can be replaced with a travel crib (for children under 3 years) by requesting it at the time of booking, closet, ceiling fan and outside window. Bathroom: with bathtub, toilet and sink (equipped with hair dryer and hair iron, basic kit, soap, shampoo, basic use, toilet paper and small and large towels for each person) Living room: With 3-seater sofa convertible into 110 bed, TV (32" Smart TV, with international channels and Netflix, Youtube ...) ceiling fan, air conditioning and heated, large table with 4 chairs, desk with 2 chairs ideal for working with laptop or for making crafts, free wifi, ample space for storage, window overlooking the private courtyard. Kitchen: With plenty of space to cook and perfectly equipped, with vitro, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, combi refrigerator with large freezer, toaster, former meter, Nespresso coffee maker... Full tableware and various utensils. Private patio with porch: With lounge chairs, table and 4 chairs for alfresco lunch. Garden, pool and barbecues, all private by our guests. It can be accessed directly from the street access or from the terrace of the master bedroom. With a private pool of 3x6 (about 160cm of depth), lounge chairs, barbecue area with tables and chairs and lounge area with armchairs and rocker, under the shade of a pergola with vineyards. NO-SO orientation, Pyrenees view and sunset. Free wifi throughout the room and part of the garden Guest access The entire apartment and private patio are for exclusive use. The garden area with the pool and barbecues are private and for the exclusive use of our guests. There are no common areas, everything is private. Other things to note There is free WiFi throughout the apartment and good telephone coverage. Parking is free throughout the neighborhood. You can park in front of the apartment or on the same street (always respecting the entrances to the neighbors' garages).
