It is located just 2km from the central square of the city, built in 2021 , with a breathtaking view from its living room to the landmark of the city the Fortress ! It is an ideal place to stay for day trips to the Mill of the Elves, Meteora, Elati , Pertouli Ski Center and Lake Plastira! Enjoy your walk in the city of Trikala and visit its sights! The space " Fortress View House " consists of a living room that has a three-seater one-seater two-seater and a one-seater couch , closed-type fireplace, wi-fi , TV 32 inches flat , air-condition , bathroom with shower and washing machine, clean towels shampoo shower gel hair dryer, modern kitchen which is fully equipped with oven cutlery fridge and all necessary kitchen utensils. Hot water is always provided using a hot water heater . It has autonomous private gas heating. Comfortable dining area to enjoy your breakfast and meals. A veranda in a living room and the bedroom with a wonderful view of the city of Trikala and the fortress ! It also has two bedrooms and each has a double bed that can accommodate up to five people and automatically ranks it ideal to accommodate families children and friends ! Each bedroom overlooks the fireplace as well as the living room ! The location of the house is centrally located in the city . Indicatively it is 5 minutes from the central square of Trikala - 5 minutes from the Mill of the Elves - 2 minutes from the fortress - monument. At 200m you will find supermarkets , minimarket, pharmacies, fast food and bakery . There is parking open . It has fire extinguishers and a first aid box! Below I give you some useful information about the apartment and the city of Trikala . 1)The address of the apartment is Lelas Karagianni 8 , P.C. 42100 , Trikala - It is located on the third floor overlooking the trademark of the city the " fortress " . 2)At the main entrance of the apartment building on your right hand there is a keyring placed with a code " .... " in which you will find two keys one for the main entrance of the apartment building and the other for the apartment . When you check out, you leave the keys back in the lockbox. 3) On the third floor in the apartment on your left is the entrance . The apartment has autonomous heating and air-condition . The screen located in the hallway has on it is labeled “On” you press it to get the heating going and with the arrow keys ^ you set the temperature . When you want to stop its operation you just press “ Off ” . Behind the entrance door of the apartment is the electrical panel of the house . There is the relevant water heater indicating which fuse you need to lift . Please ALWAYS remember for safety reasons to turn off the hot water heater after you heat the water and before getting into the shower ! 4) It is forbidden to use the fireplace with a natural fire 🔥 except it is allowed to be used with the artificial fire which has been installed and is powered . 5) No smoking inside the apartment 6) Strictly observance of the quiet hours set by the said apartment building 23:00-08:00 and 14:30-17:30 . 7) It is not allowed to have any kind of parties and to stay inside the apartment extra persons other than the number agreed ! 8) The apartment has two fire extinguishers for an emergency . One is located in the kitchen and one in the living room . In case of using them, we unlock the pin and mark the fire and not the fire itself.
