You will enjoy all the comforts of Springfield when you stay at this popular west-side location near a wide range of restaurants, grocery stores, malls and shopping! Indoors you'll enjoy two workspaces, a fully stocked kitchen, an updated bathroom with a double vanity and a large TV! Outdoors, you'll find a very walkable neighborhood with sidewalks, near 2 parks and direct access to the interurban trail! The space The Blue Slate ranch style duplex is 900 square feet and offers 2 large bedrooms (one that doubles as an office with an adjustable desk and lazy boy office chair). In the king-size bed master suite, we've provided an optional casaluna mattress topper, so you always have a good night sleep whether you like a firm or soft mattress. This bedroom offers a spacious closet and blackout blinds. The queen-size bedroom also includes black out blinds and a large closet. We provide several options of pillows (firm to soft) for comfort too! We have fully stocked the kitchen with coffee, tea, cooking supplies, spices and oils to cook a meal. A full-size fridge, oven, dishwasher, 10 cup coffee pot and microwave are provided for guests. The Living room includes a couch and 2 reclining chairs along with a desk and a 60" HD ROKU television. The front closet has a pack n play and highchair along with an air mattress if you have extra guests! You will have access to your own private basement with laundry. We provide soap and dryer sheets to get you started for your stay. Outside you'll have access to sit on the covered front porch with two chairs. There is an open side yard dedicated to this home along with an individual and separate driveway. Additionally, you can use the 1 car attached garage... perfect for Illinois winters! This unique style of duplex has very few shared walls and makes it extra quiet. The front porch is the only shared space. We will respect your privacy during your stay. Guests will be given a special code prior to rental for front door lock. WiFi is included and available in all rooms. We will provide an online house manual two days before your arrival! Other things to note We are local owners who care very much about your stay and experience!
