Watch the manatees and dolphins playing in your backyard. Come enjoy all that this condo has to offer. The views from the balcony and covered porch are breathtaking. You enjoy afternoon breezes and magical sunsets from your back patio or from the master balcony. The ocean is steps away and their is a beautiful boardwalk walkover just a short walk from condo. You can also drive on the beach ($10) if you have a vehicle that can drive on the beach. After a wonderful day at the beach or fishing, unwind by grilling either your fresh catch or something nice have picked up from the local grocery stores on the back patio while taking in the magical sunsets. Condo's pool is directly on the Intra-coastal with gorgeous views of the Matanzas river & panoramic views of amazing yachts, boats, & other water crafts passing by. Entire condo is included We live in Fleming Island which is exactly an hour away. Our neighbors are super nice and helpful too. Point Matanzas condos are located in Crescent beach. South Beach Grill is a local oceanfront restaurant and just down the street and Island Ice cream cafe which has breakfast too is minutes from condo. Violas Italian restaurant is a also a popular spot to go for great Italian food. Downtown St. Augustine is about a 20 minute drive which has everything to offer.
