Welcome to Casa Cvita, a refined apartment in the very heart of Old Town Split, just steps from Diocletian’s Palace. Set in a peaceful pedestrian zone, it offers an authentic yet quiet stay in a prime location. Bright, elegant, and fully equipped with AC, fast WiFi, TV, and kitchen. Comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with a sofa bed. The space The apartment is thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and functional stay. The sleeping area features a cozy bed with high-quality linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. In addition, the apartment includes a sofa bed that accommodates extra guests, making it suitable for up to four people. The living space is bright and welcoming, with a TV and a comfortable seating area, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare simple meals or enjoy your morning coffee. The bathroom is clean and modern, equipped with a shower, fresh towels, and basic toiletries. The apartment is air-conditioned and offers fast WiFi throughout, making it suitable for both leisure and short business stays. Guest access Everything in apartment is available to all guests of our apartment. If you need taxi from airport you can conntact me, I am available for picking you up (50€) Other things to note According to Croatian law, all guests must present their identity document/passport when entering the apartment. Your data will be submitted to the Tourist Board. The rental permit limits the number of guests to a maximum of 4, more than 4 guests we cannot accommodate, regardless of the guest's age (also applies to babies). A parking space is available near the building for an additional fee. There is also a free parking space near the apartment, which is used by locals. If you are coming by ferry, I can pick you up at the ferry station before going to the apartment, which is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. If you are coming by plane, right outside the airport you can find a bus station with a shuttle bus (Croatia Airlines, white) that goes directly to the main Split bus station. It takes approximately 30-45 minutes to drive from Split Airport to Split Main Bus Station, depending on traffic. The price of a bus ticket is €10 per person. It takes 5 minutes of easy walking from the bus station to the apartment. If you arrive before your arrival time, we have a dedicated luggage area at the same location, where you can leave it for free, and if you need to stay in the city after departure, you can use the luggage area to keep your belongings safe. I will be happy to help you with anything you may need and I will be able to recommend many fun and interesting activities in Split and its surrounding.
