Lilliput - Delightful 1-bedroom shepherd's hut

Lilliput is a luxury 20ft hand-crafted, shepherds hut with en-suite facilities, built by a local family business. A truly peaceful getaway where the only interruptions will be the sound of birdsong and the lambs in spring. Set in over 10 acres of glorious Devon countryside and just 20 minutes from the North Cornwall coast, Lilliput will provide the perfect detox from modern life. A dog friendly, cosy hideaway complete with log burner and internal bathroom. The space Lilliput is designed to make you feel warm and cosy when tucked up inside whilst also making the most of the outdoors. The interior is fully self-contained with kitchen area, shower and flushing toilet, along with the cosy double bed and seating area. There is a cute log-burner with wood provided to take away any evening chill. There is direct access to acres of countryside and both open air and covered spaces to chill out with a glass of something and a good book or cook on the bbq provided. Lilliput at Little Derril is perfectly located to explore the stunning coastline and surf beaches of North Cornwall and Devon, whilst rugged Dartmoor is just 30 minutes to the east. For keen cyclists, the National Cycle route 3 passes right by the end of the drive. The New Tamara coast-to-coast path passes within a mile of Little Derril. Guest access Guests have their own outside seating area, along with a covered shelter for cooking, eating, or just relaxing out of the sun (or showers!) Guests are also free to roam several acres of fields and woodland. Other things to note Lilliput is an off-grid holiday experience to shield you from the distractions of Wi-Fi etc. It does, however, have solar power for lighting and to enable you to charge phones and tablets etc via USB sockets. A digital radio with Bluetooth speaker is also provided. There is also constant hot water, shower, flushing loo and a fridge/freezer and gas hob, so you won't be missing any home comforts.
