This place is close to all the necessary shops, the CHU and many tourist destinations. The space The rooms are furnished: 90*190 bed, nightstand, armchair, chair, desk, wardrobe, shelf. Guest access The bedroom has a private en-suite shower room. The kitchen and toilet are shared with other tenants (3 maximum). Everything is located on the 2nd floor of the house. During your stay If needed, we will be available for any questions. Other things to note The tenants in place are medical students or preparatory students. The atmosphere is studious. No smoking. No pets allowed. It is not possible to have visitors. No additional guests allowed.
