CHCH is a spacious 3 storeys heritage shophouse and it is located at Jalan Bukit Cina in the UNESCO sites. It is a combination of a unique stand alone residence and a bakery cafe on the ground floor, with our private parking space just next to it. Note : CHCH contains 3 bedrooms in total, we will close the availability of the other 2 bedrooms if you stay in. You will have full privacy on the 1st floor including the bathroom. The space Built in 1914, CHCH preserves its original wooden beams, antique walls, and central airwell, blending Straits Electric architecture with modern comforts for a truly unique Malaccan stay. Guests enter through a shared front door and have their own private staircase leading to the first-floor guest space, which is entirely private and not shared with others. The open-plan layout features a living and dining area, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, and open-air bathrooms located at the rear of the building, in line with the original heritage design. Modern amenities include air-conditioning, TV, fridge, microwave, and a hot-and-cold water dispenser for your convenience. Guest access You’ll enter through a shared main door on the ground floor and have your own private staircase leading up to the 1st floor. The entire 1st floor is exclusive to you and your group only — it’s not shared with the café downstairs or any other guests. Other things to note 🍃Ground Floor: Currently a cake shop – Something Bakery(Business hours: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM daily, Fri–Sun: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM). Guests will have their own private staircase leading directly to the first-floor guest area. 🍃Extra towels are available upon request for guests staying 4 nights or more. 🍃Weekly housekeeping is provided for stays of 7 nights or longer. 🍃Baby cot available on request before arrival. 🍃 CHCH has a total of three bedrooms. When you book your stay, we will close off the other bedroom(s) to ensure you enjoy full privacy on the entire first floor, including your private bathroom.
