Relax at our tranquil riverfront home, close to Martinsville and Philpott Lake. We have a boat slip available at Philpott Marina for $25/day. Enjoy fly fishing, kayaking or just the peaceful flow of the river. Our renovated flat has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and private bedroom, with a smart TV and Wi-Fi. Perfect for fishing, boating, or visiting the race track. A cozy home away from home. Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional $87 fee. Construction is being done on the unit below. The space The newly renovated flat has a full kitchen, full bathroom and a private bedroom. The living area is fitted with a large smart tv, wifi and comfortable furniture. Guest access You will have access to the entire flat in the back of the building. Other things to note Free kayak use while staying at the flat. Please reach out for a code to access the kayak. Property is across the street from a railroad track. The train comes in early in the morning and can be loud. We do have a noisemaker that can be turned on fan to help drown out the noise.
